We want you to love your Matilda Jane pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Our goal is to ensure every girl and woman feels confident and comfortable in her unique style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping bag or a sturdy box, ensuring all original hangtags are securely attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid USPS return shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it off at any official USPS location, then keep an eye on your email for refund confirmation.
